I'm a primary care physician, menopause specialist, and public health leader working at the intersection of clinical care, population health, and innovation in health care delivery.
Patients can now find me at Curate Medical, a menopause-informed medical group serving all of Florida. I founded Curate as the next iteration of my solo practice, and our medical group continues to offer the highly personal, evidence-based approach that has always defined my work. Our relationship-based model allows our physicians time to listen to our patients' stories, integrate the details of their unique circumstances, and design care plans that move them closer to their vision of optimal health.
Beyond direct patient care, I collaborate with academics, employers, community groups, and industry partners to advance how we understand, communicate about, and design care for patients during midlife and menopause. My work is grounded in the thesis that menopausecareisprimarycare—recognizing that menopause expertise is a critical component of comprehensive health management, not a niche specialty. To broaden the reach and impact of this work, I developed a framework — "menopause-informed care" — which extends menopause expertise beyond any single specialty or service to reach all corners of the health system. For organizations and individuals aligned with the mission of increasing access to menopause-informed care, I offer expertise in clinician education, interdisciplinary research, consulting, and strategic advising.
