Telemedicine & In-Person Medical Care

  • Individual appointments are available to new and returning patients, at any interval you prefer. New patients typically need two appointments to receive a treatment plan and allow for follow up.

New patient appointments last one hour and include a detailed discussion of your medical history, review of outside records, clinically indicated lab orders, and additional diagnostic work-up or referral as needed for complex cases.

Follow up appointments last 45 minutes. Patients with active prescriptions should be seen at an interval of no less than every 6 months. Patients returning to care after 12 months should schedule a new patient appointment.

All patients will have a personalized risk/benefit conversation about the role of menopausal hormone therapy.

    New Patient Appointment $350

    Follow Up Appointment $250

  • A menopause consult lasts three months, which allows time for evaluation and monitoring. This is an ideal option for women who are starting menopausal hormone therapy for the first time. Initial consult appointments last one hour and include a detailed discussion of your medical and biopsychosocial history, review of outside records, clinically indicated lab orders, and additional work-up as needed for complex cases.

A consult is like a short-term membership. You will have access to the practice between visits and your progress will be monitored closely with adjustments and recommendations made along the way.

After a consult ends, patients may opt to follow up by appointment or move to an annual membership. Returning patients can also select a three-month consult if they desire a period of closer monitoring due to changes in their health care situation.

    Three Month Consult $600

  • Annual membership is available to new and returning patients. Membership includes menopause care as well as medical advising on general wellness and new or chronic diagnoses.

New members are scheduled for an hour initial appointment to establish care, and can schedule follow up appointments at no cost throughout the year. You will receive proactive guidance for the year, including quarterly reviews, and interval management as needed. Members benefit from having access to a physician who understands their medical history and can guide decision making throughout the year.

Please note that membership is not a replacement for full-scope primary care or urgent care. All patients are advised to maintain a relationship with an insurance-based primary care physician to ensure access.

    Annual Membership $2000

  • Physician services are currently out of network with all insurance plans however labs, imaging, and prescriptions are routinely processed through your insurance.
